TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. INTRODUCTION

These General Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all services provided by Aerolux Detailing (“Aerolux” or “Company”) to its clients (“Client”). By ordering services from Aerolux, the Client accepts these Terms, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms are designed to protect both parties and ensure clarity in all service agreements.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

Aerolux provides specialized cleaning, detailing, and maintenance services for private aircraft as agreed upon with the Client. The scope of work is always outlined in a quotation, service agreement, or written confirmation. Any additional work not specified will only be carried out with the Client’s approval and will be billed separately.

3. QUOTATIONS & VALIDILITY

All quotations issued by Aerolux are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated. After this period, the Company reserves the right to adjust prices and conditions.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Payment must be made in accordance with the due date stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur statutory interest in accordance with Swedish law. Aerolux reserves the right to suspend services in case of non-payment.

5. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

If the Client wishes to cancel or reschedule a confirmed service, written notice must be provided at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will be charged at 50% of the agreed service price. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged at 100%.

6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

The Client is responsible for ensuring that Aerolux personnel have appropriate access to the aircraft, facilities, and required permits to perform the service. Any delays caused by lack of access or incorrect information may result in additional charges.

7. LIABILITY & INSURANCE

Aerolux provides specialized cleaning, detailing, and maintenance services for private aircraft as agreed upon with the Client. The scope of work is always outlined in a quotation, service agreement, or written confirmation. Any additional work not specified will only be carried out with the Client’s approval and will be billed separately.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY

Aerolux undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information, observations, and client-specific details obtained in connection with the services. Such information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the Client’s consent, except where required by law. This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the Agreement.

9. DATA PROTECTION

Aerolux processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any personal information provided by the Client will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling this Agreement and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with the Client’s consent. Clients have the right to access, rectify, or request the deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.

10. FORCE MAJURE

Aerolux shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations if such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or technical restrictions at airports.

11. TERMINATION

Either party may terminate the Agreement with immediate effect if the other party materially breaches its obligations and fails to remedy such breach within a reasonable time after written notice. Aerolux also reserves the right to terminate the Agreement if the Client fails to meet payment obligations.

12. AMENDMENTS

Any amendments or changes to these Terms and Conditions must be agreed upon in writing by both parties. No verbal agreements shall be considered binding.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and Conditions, together with any quotation, invoice, or service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Aerolux and the Client. No other warranties, promises, or representations shall be binding unless made in writing and signed by both parties.

14. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.
